Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Shree Madhuram Spices, we aim to provide high-quality, hygienically packed, and authentic spice products. If you face any issue with your order, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.


Refund Eligibility

A refund or replacement will be provided only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The product is leaking or tampered

  • You received an incorrect item

To be eligible:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition


Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.


Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners or natural circumstances

  • Change of mind after delivery
